Northwest Children’s Dentistry is Now Open

Due to COVID-19, Northwest Children’s Dentistry closed in March on the recommendation of the American Dental Association.  Now that we know more about the virus and can take extra precautions, we are reopening May 26, 2020.

That doesn’t mean we think the threat of COVID-19 is over. We’ve taken many precautions to keep both your patients and our staff safe. Here is just a sample of what we have done to reduce the risk of transmission at our office:

  • Everyone (including patients, families, and staff) are required to wear masks.  This will help us reduce the amount of potential exposure in the air.  If you forget to bring a mask, we are happy to provide one for you.
  • We will clean our facilities more thoroughly and more often. While our pediatric dental office already had strict cleaning procedures in place, we will be increasing our cleaning and sterilization procedures throughout the day.
  • We’ve improved our building facilities.  True-HEPA filtration systems have been installed.  More dividers will be put in place to keep people from being in contact with others.

For a full list of new policy procedures and changes, please read our COVID-19 information page.

As your child’s pediatric dentist in Tucson, we want to keep your child’s smile healthy.  If you have any questions for our office, feel free to call us at (520) 544-8522.
